The advantage of lithium batteries in RV’s and caravans is the amount of power you can get into the same space and for up to a third of the weight compared to the previous generation of AGM batteries.
The LBS BIC family of batteries which have built in controllers for DC charging and solar charging save the space and labour to mount extra components. With the LBS BIC batteries you simply connect to an Anderson on the battery and the LBS battery takes care of controlling these charge sources.
For high end RV’s and caravans that are set up like a home where air conditioners and all the standard home electrical appliances are being used LBS Lithium Battery systems are the perfect power solution. Hundreds of kilograms lighter, easier to install and a lifespan up to 5 times greater than the current generation of batteries commonly being used.
